now that I figured it out, I have to leave. Grandma just put a frozen salmon fillet on the stove and turned the burner up full blast...what is it it about her and hot pans?

Way to go Kedj! It's so fun to open a blog and see that there is something new. Keep us posted as to the frozen salmon fillet. BTW, I almost cooked tiapila (your recipe) for supper tonight but ran out of time. We were out all afternoon taking Mum to the notary and was also working on an online catalogue for Aristo.
